Size & Fit Guidance

Most reviewers find the fit comfortable and secure, with many calling it true to size. For the best fit, we recommend your usual size for a standard feel, while a half-size up may work better if you prefer extra toe room, wear thicker socks, or are between sizes since the GORE-TEX build can feel a bit more structured than the standard Clifton 9.

Best For

Best for wet-weather walks, everyday runs, travel, and long days on your feet when comfort and coverage matter most.

Cushioning & Road Feel

Reviewers consistently call out the soft, cloud-like cushioning and stable feel, especially for long walks, daily wear, and easy miles. The ride stays smooth and protective underfoot while still feeling light enough for everyday use.

Break-In & Durability

Many reviewers felt comfortable right away, while some note the waterproof upper starts out a little firmer and benefits from a few wears to fully flex and conform.

Care & Maintenance

Wipe away dirt with a soft towel and water after wear, then let the shoes air-dry naturally. Regular cleaning helps keep the upper looking fresh and ready for the next rainy day.
