Size & Fit Guidance

For the best fit, we recommend ordering your usual size. Reviewers most often describe the Novablast 5 as true to size with a comfortable, accommodating toe box, while runners between sizes or looking for a little extra room up front may prefer going up a half size.

Best For

Best for daily training, long runs, recovery miles, treadmill sessions, and comfortable all-day wear.

Cushioning & Road Feel

Runners consistently call out the plush, bouncy ride and strong energy return, with enough softness to stay comfortable over distance without feeling overly bulky. On the road or treadmill, it delivers a smooth, stable feel that works well for easy miles, steady efforts, and longer sessions.

Break-In & Durability

Most reviewers say the comfort shows up right away with little break-in, and many note the cushioning and outsole continue to perform well after plenty of miles. For runners logging heavy weekly mileage, rotating pairs and checking the upper and outsole over time can help keep the ride feeling fresh.
